Only a small percentage of those who learn to meditate succeed in developing a habit, and for good reasons. Developing a habit is much more difficult than merely developing a skill. While the latter is based on technique and will power, the former requires perseverance and the wise management of expectations.
In this mini-course by Padraic Dunne, a meditation teacher and Senior Research Fellow at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, you will learn practical tools to help you move beyond the initial decision to meditate to something much more important, the integration of the practice of meditation into daily life.
