I have worked for many years in the field of mental health with local and national organisations, the Open University and the BBC. I have practised meditation since the 1980s in both Buddhist and Christian settings. A particular interest of mine is the meeting place of these two great traditions. I have been an oblate of The World Community for Christian Meditation since 2009.
